Welcome to Dr. Seeds LLC. We value transparency and want our customers to clearly understand our policies regarding shipping, returns, and product use.


Shipping Policy


  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Most orders ship via USPS or equivalent service, with expected delivery in 3–7 business days within the United States.
  • Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details once an order has shipped.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs authorities.


Returns & Refunds


  • All Sales Final: Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of seeds, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
  • Damaged or Missing Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@drseeds.co so we can review the issue and provide assistance where possible.


Customer Responsibility


  • Local Laws: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the seeds purchased are permitted in their state or region. Certain plant species may be restricted by local regulations.
  • Germination Disclaimer: Germination rates and plant outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control, such as climate, soil, and cultivation practices. We cannot and do not guarantee germination.


Limitation of Liability


All products are sold “as is” without warranties of any kind. Dr. Seeds LLC is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
